Return Lydia to her Mother

Please help my daughter get her daughter Lydia back from her mother-in-law.  My daughter and her husband are in an expensive legal battle with his mother to get custody back from her.  What was supposed to be a temporary arrangment while Lydia's parents fixed their financial situation has turned into a court battle with mother-in-law trying to get permanent custody of their child and keep her from parents and from her maternal grandparents (my wife and I).  Lydia's parents love her and want her back. They are not abusive, they are not criminals nor drug addicts.  They are simply on hard times.  We have not seen Lydia in over three months and if do not win this battle she may be ripped from our lives forever.  My daughter and her husband desparately need legal defense to fight against his mother's lawyer and her money.  My daughter is too soft spoken and too respectful of adults to stand up for herself against her mother-in-law and she is danger of losing her child unless a lawyer can be hired to speak for her.  Please help in anyway you can.  Lydia misses her mom and dad and maternal grandparents and would very much to return home.
