JANURY 2024

Rose Kent aka Rose Chacon pled No Contest for Aggravated Child Stealing and Deprivation of Custody in Los Angeles Court this month. She remains in jail awaiting sentencing.

FEBRUARY 2023

After 8 years, with the help of the Los Angeles District Attorney's office and the Maryland Sheriff's Department, I was finally able to reunite with my daughter Adrianna and bring her home to Los Angeles. Her mother Rose Kent aka Rose Chacon was arrested and extradited back to Los Angeles where she is currently residing in county jail.

MAY 2016

I was released from the Peruvian Prison in September of 2015 after I had proven that I am the custodial parent of Adrianna. However, Peru refused to return Adrianna back to me, and would not allow me to leave the country until May of 2016, when they determined that they were not going to file charges against me for attempting to recover my abducted child.

MAY 2015

     Hello, I am Dustin Kent. I am a Registered Nurse and single father. My precious daughter, Adrianna, was taken from me, by her own mother to another country in January 2015. I have been fighting to get her back in custody battles since September, 2014, and have had to take out substantial loans. At the time this happened I was, and still am, considered a New Grad Nurse, and I did not land a job until Jan. 2015. I haven't even begun to spend what I'm going to have to, to fight this internationally. I have a long way to go, and a lot of legal fees and red tape, to get Adrianna back from South America. I just need my sweet pea in my arms again. If anyone could help, it would be immensely appreciated. I know it is hard to understand for those not going through something like this, but it is emotionally, physically and financially devastating. I just want to be reunited with my adoring daughter, and feel it is unfair for a system to make you go into financial death to see your own child again, because it is not in their jurisdiction...
