Wa hoo!!! We were accepted by audition to attend Burklyn Ballet summer intensive and to dance in the Edinburg Scotland Festival Fringe with Burklyn Youth Ballet. The Edinburgh Festival Fringe is the largest arts festival in the world. Alas. That leads to obtaining funding. 
We are Kira and Elisa Arauz, the second set of twin daughters born to military vets. (Yes, there are two sets of twins, all girls) So, as you can imagine, we need help with accomplishing a dream of a lifetime. We have been involved in dance since the age of three. Now 21, we currently dance and work with Greensboro Ballet Company. We drive an hour one way to do what we love to do, dance. Our spare time is divided between our online classes with Liberty University and helping our parents get their fledgling small farm up and going. Among other things, we enjoy riding or grandparents ATV’s and driving the tractor. We go from overalls to tutu’s almost every day. Between dancing and farm work we stay in pretty great shape!
We need $5,275 each for the trip to Scotland. A total of $10,550, since there are 2 of us. That covers all transportation and bed & breakfast accommodations for 2 weeks.
Meals, sightseeing, and performance tickets to other performances are at the dancers’ expense.
The biggest obstacle is the entire payment is due June 1st. Now you can see why we are asking for your help.
