Egalitarian Eco Village Makers Districts, run as a Workers Cooperative Corporation, 3D built, and run by 175 formerly homeless Veterans

Egalitarian; Believing in the principle that all people are equal and deserve equal rights and opportunities.

Eco-Village; A community whose inhabitants seek to live according to ecological principles, causing as little impact on the environment as possible.

Makers Districts; 100 acre Planned Use Developments of legacy homes, organic food and clean energy production, retail shops, community healing and educational centers, retirement homes and homeless shelters.

Workers Cooperative Corporation; A worker cooperative corporation is a cooperative that is owned and self-managed by its workers; 1 worker 1 vote.
Many states offer generous tax benefits to Workers Cooperative Corporations.

The proposed concept can clear a path for 175 Veterans, and their families, to build their own agriculturally, energetically and economically self-sustaining eco-village makers district.

With the aid of legal council, selected applicants will be guided through the contractual aspects of governance and  procurement of a $75 million construction loan.
Working capital can come from local, state and federal Social Impact Bonds.

The goals of the EEV MD concept are to help restore humanities heritage of collaboration and be better prepared for abrupt climate change.

Utilizing the EEV_MD.coop web site, social media and grassroots organizing we will reach out to the 40, 000 homeless Veterans who are living on the street on any given night in the United States, and invite them to apply for consideration as the first 175 mission specialists to build the first EEV MD.

The process will involved several levels of online testing, phone interviews and  online calls.
Testing instruments from both the employment and military sectors will be used to determine occupational, philosophical and psychological aptitude for the work.
Much of the initial selection process will be run through a computer program written to determine the skill sets needed for the first location to succeed.

Testing will be done remotely, selected Stakeholders will only be transported when they are needed on site, and provided with technology, and support, to allow them to participate in decision making before they arrive.

Our crowd fund is to support a test run of the recruitment process of find five young homeless native American women Veterans with administrative experience to do the due diligence and begin processing the following 170 applicants.

EEV MD is a for-profit mission driven, immensely scalable social impact project.
