Suffering from Lupus, Advanced Lumbar Spondylosis, Degenerative Joint Disease, and Chronic Pain Syndrome, I have already been diagnosed as having diabetes.  I am needing assistance since all the usual monthly bills are continuing  to pile up.

I have been actively involved in the community and a strong supporter of our youth and teenage sports for many years.  Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated.
