Tuba for Trix

Donation protected
On Monday May 21st, our friend Trix Sharma had his Tuba stolen from a mini-van in a parking garage near a UofT residence. Trix was in the area volunteering his time for MusicFest Canada, an National Music festival for students.

I have know Trishul Sharma (Trix) for over 6 years through my own work with MusicFest as a volunteer. Trix is a hard working, dedicated, genuinely kind musician who is working on his Masters in Performance at U of T and he has been preparing to audition with professional orchestras across the country. Now his livelihood and a very personal part of him are gone.

While he scours the GTA for his stolen instrument he has already had to cancel one gig.

His friends would like to help Trix purchase a new Tuba. While it can never replace the sentiment of what he lost, it will help him continue his musical journey.

Trishul (Trix) Sharma has been added to this campaign as beneficiary and will be withdrawing all funds himself.

Should his Tuba be found all donations will be forwarded to the Hannaford Youth Program (hannafordyouth.ca) an organization close to Trix.
