Help Blane Fight Pancreatic Cancer

Hello friends. My name is Max Thorne and I am asking for help for my coworker and his family.
Blane Norwood is one of our Estimator/Project Managers here at KT Electric. On July 11th, Blane was diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer.
Blane is only 38 years-old, and he is a single-father of two beautiful young girls ~ Avery is 9 years old, and Carmen is 3 years old.
Blane has worked for us for 3 years. We all work together as team, and as an extended family. Blane has many people who love him and need him. He is not the type of person that asks anyone for help, but is the type of person that goes out of his way to help others.
On July 11th, Blane and his mother, Valorie, visited the doctor together and received a diagnosis that no one is prepared to hear. Blane has cancer. Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer, which has metastasized to his lungs, his bones, and his lymph nodes. Since the cancer has already gone into metastasis affecting his lymphatic system, surgical procedures are no longer an option as a form of treatment. His doctor estimated that he has possibly had the cancer for up to two years.
Pancreatic Cancer is the fourth deadliest cancer in the United States and it is often not caught until it has spread to other organs, and it is sadly without a cure.
Blane’s only option for treatment is for him to undergo an aggressive chemo regimen called FOLFIRINOX with the hope of controlling the disease and improving his quality of life. Blane will also begin treatments of Zoledronic Acid injections to strengthen his bones.
Blane’s cancer is going to require a lot of treatment, which will begin this week. Even though Blane’s cancer is terminal, treatment at this stage will allow Blane to spend time making memories with his two young daughters, Avery and Carmen.
This diagnosis has been devastating to Blane, to Blane’s family, and to Blane’s work family here at KT Electric, Inc.
Besides the costs of treatments, there will also be the financial strain of lost wages from work as he embarks on the battle of his life. For these reasons, I believe it would be helpful to be able to alleviate as much of this financial burden as possible.
