Trumpet Fundraiser for Dalton

The Nome VFW #9569 is attempting to raise money to buy Dalton Buffas, the 13 year old guy who plays TAPS so beautifully, his own trumpet.  Dalton has been borrowing a trumpet and often doesn’t have assess to a trumpet to practice on.  Dalton is a patriotic and passionate young man, raised in Nome and has is a positive roll model in our community.  Dalton played TAPS on his borrowed trumpet during the Memorial Day event in Nome and will continue to do so as long as he has an instrument.  I hope you were able to see his performances and I hope you consider supporting this fund.  This is a great kid!!
