Tree Fell on Home- Please Help

My neighbors dead tree fell on top of my house and caused damage to many different places on my roof, some of the exterior walls, and broke some windows.


 I am an older woman and partially diabled. I live alone and have no means of reparing the damage that was done to my home. All of my relatives and friends live out of state and do not have the funds to help. I have no insurance to cover the cost of repair and my neighbor is not willing to pay for the damages.
The firemen put some tarps over the roof and I received some help getting some of the tree off my house but only can afford to cover the holes with plastic so the weather doesn't come through and do more damage.




I had one person come out and do a damge estimate and they told me it would be around 20,000 dollars to fix, but I would like to get a second opinion. I am located in Georgia outside of Atlanta if anyone knows people that can help. Anything that anyone can do would be greatly appreciated as I am on a fixed income.

I have been told not to stay in my room so I have had to move all of my bedroom in to my living room just to be safe. I have no place else that I can stay.
