Treatment to help chronic spinal Pain

 Hello everyone, My name is Randy Wheeler and I had a parachute accident while on active duty in the Marine Corp.  Over the years I've  had surgery to correct nerve impingement's on L5-S1.  Along with the accident and the surgery combined, caused partial paralysis in my left hip, leg, and foot.  I also have severe spinal stenosis resulting from the last couple surgeries and my latest fusion surgery S1-T10.  In all, Ive had 7 surgeries to correct my spine.  I use a wheelchair in my home and in public due to nerve damage and pain associated with it. Van I stand? Yes, but only a short distance, about 15-20 feet before serious sweating and my hip and leg begins to not work. I am grateful to have a service dog from America's VetDog to help me with physical limitations.  Everyone can have a great life with spinal fusion or paralysis.  Either is all I want.  But the pain I have on a daily basis is exhausting. Left to Right (Picture below is fusion from T10-S1)  Every day I live with pain that is a 6 out of 10 but as high as 10 out of 10.  Having a pain doctor has its ups and downs.  I have a new pain pump that was placed back in my spine after my last major surgery to help, but that is also limited.  I have tried to educate myself with studies that introduce stem cells to bone marrow to help nerve damage, around the world.  I have been constantly checking out programs from Universities to the Mayo Hospitals throughout North America.  I am currently following  https://spine.neurologyconference.com It comes down to, "it's not an approved surgery in the United States". I have an 18 year old daughter in college and a 25 year old son in the Navy.  The are my biggest help I could ever have.  I have the rest of my life ahead of me but they can't always be here to help me. Looking and applying for medical trials and being disabled, is not an option in order to travel, stay in a hotel, and eat. There are higher chances to find relief in the UK.
