Travis Brown car accident fund

On Feb 20th, Travis was in a head on collision with a semi truck which caused numerous, serious injuries. his injuries will require a lot of rehab. Travis is still in ICU in Denver and has started making improvements. Metzi has been in Denver by his side during his hospital stay and therefore has been unable to return to her job.  Expenses are continuing to accrue and any help that you are able to give during this time is greatly appreciated.  These are the latest updates: 

Sunday update: Travis had a rough morning, he pulled out his IV’s and his Oxygen tube that goes to his trach so they had to put his mitts back on, he is not happy about it and is trying to get them off and upset because I won’t help him. Occupational therapy came in to work with him this morning and Physical therapy should also be in today....he is very alert and trying to talk a lot more. He still has thick secretions so he will not be moved out of ICU today.
Saturday morning update: we have taken two steps back again, Travis has staff infection in his lungs and also his incision on the back side of his hip is red so they are treating him with another powerful antibiotic. His secretions are still way to thick so he will not be moving to the trauma floor today. His WBC has elevated again because of the staff infection. He has already had a rough morning and is now resting. I’m not sure I say it enough so thanks for all the prayers and support you have given us!! This has been a pretty rough and bumpy road but we will get there.
