Traveling expenses for Logan

Logan is 8 years old and his dad died on 5/16/17. Since he lives with his mom 4 hours away we want to cover the expenses of traveling to Silver City from Albuquerque for the funeral and a place to stay for a few nights.  Also, Logan's oldest brother is asked to be a pallbearer so we would like to cover the expenses of a nice outfit for him to wear. Logan's mom is a single mother of 3 and I'm sure she can afford the costs but let's help to take this burden off her shoulders. It's a modest, straightforward amount and we are asking for nothing extra.
