Travel funds for medical treatment

I know this is a hard time of year for everyone with the holidays upon us. But I have been offered a huge opportunity to participate in a stem cell therapy treatment for my Rehumitoid arthritis. At this point in my life as this horrible auto immune dieaese progresses to destroy my body I would hate to miss a great opportunity and gift of this kind. There is no cost for any medical treatment all I have to pay for is travel and hotel and food expenses.  The treatment will take place on my Birthday Dec 8th and what better gift can I give myself than a dash of hope for a small hope of a remission. While stem cell therapy is fairly new the results they are getting are enormous and promising. So if you can help in any way I would be forever grateful.
