OUR MISSION: TO RESCUE AND REHABILITATE HORSES, AND HEAL THE WORLD WE SHARE!
Saffyre Sanctuary is a rescue and rehabilitation program that cares for horses that have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. By allowing them to rediscover their true nature, we provide every opportunity for them to experience the possibility of enjoying a second career, or offer them a well-deserved retirement due to soundness issues, age, or owner hardships.
Saffyre Sanctuary assists homeless horses in finding their forever person. Through our networks, we successfully place them in homes that give them a new lease on life. If they are unable to physically perform in their new life path, we try to find other loving places where they can live in peace and comfort or serve as companion equines.
Saffyre Sanctuary specializes in rescuing horses that would have no other chance of being saved. These horses are ones that have behavior issues or are in need of a lengthy recovery and complex rehabilitation procedures. Our focus on quality, not quantity, enables us to give the horses in our care the very best chance of complete physical, mental and emotional recovery.
Donations will be helping with travel expenses related to the International Symposium for Equine Welfare and Wellness

This year, I, Esta Bernstein, Founder of Saffyre Sanctuary, have been honored to be one of the presenters at this incredible symposium. As you all know, equine well-being is the core of what Saffyre Sanctuary is all about, and I am so excited to be sharing all that I have learned and experienced with people from all over the world.
This is a big step for those of us in the EFT & EFL worlds, and I hope that someday a symposium like this will be brought to the United States.
But in order for me to do this, I need help raising funds for my travel abroad. This is above and beyond our normal horse care expenses but is an incredible opportunity to expand what we are doing and teaching at Saffyre. All donations are fully deductible, as this supports our mission of helping equines, especially the ones that may be overlooked for EFT work. Your contributions will ultimately help us reach others who may not know that our programs, such as re-homing and Equalia AActualizationexist.
The funds will directly go to the airfare, hotel and other ordinary and necessary travel expenses that are needed for me to be able to teach and expand our outreach.
The funds are needed ASAP, as airline prices increase the closer to the dates of travel. So if we can raise the most funds now, this trip may be may be more economical than if we wait. Any leftover funds not used for travel will be used to directly help the horses that we have at our sanctuary, such as hay, bedding, board and farrier costs.
I want to thank all of you for your ongoing support, and allowing us to be of service to the equine community, and horses that are still in need of loving homes.
