Travel expenses for Emberlee - Microsoft Excel

Emberlee Thomas has been selected to represent the state of Idaho for Excel 2013 at the U.S. National MOS Championship in Orlando, FL on June 17-18, 2019!
She was chosen because she achieved the highest score on the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel 2013 certification exam in the state of Idaho this semester.
To put this in perspective, there were 2,465 students last semester (July-Dec 2018) across 89 schools of all sizes (5A, 4A, 3A) in the state of Idaho who passed one or more MOS certification exams.
As a former Microsoft employee and now a full-time teacher at Weiser High School, I (Bernie Weldon) see tremendous value in students not only learning productivity applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, but also for them to have an opportunity to become certified through the MOS program while still in high school.
Therefore, we are asking for financial contributions to help cover the travel expenses for Emberlee and her chaperone (most likely her mother) which will be approximately $2,000 (airfare for 2 from Boise to Orlando, hotel at the competition for 2 nights, and meals) .
