Trapper the ferel dog needs surgery

Trapper was apparently set out to fend for himself as a puppy. This boy had survived on his own for almost a year before we were able to capture him. Too fearful to let us touch him, Trapper appears to have significant eye infection or inverted eyelashes that will require surgery.
Given how fearful he is we need to have his eye surgery and his neutee done at the same time. We think after his eyes are healed and his hormones reduced, we can work with Trapper and help him become adoptable.
