Transportation for Symphony

My 13 year old daughter, Symphony, loves to attend weekly special needs dance lessons, weekly Bible Study and summer day camp. Our handicapped accessible vehicle is well over 20 years old and will not last much longer. Without transportation, Symphony will no longer be able to attend any of her extra curricular activities. Symphony also has many out of town appointments. I'm not one to ask for help but I'm willing to do whatever it takes to help my little girl. I have not worked in 13 years as I quit my job to care for my child. Symphony has been diagnosed with Shaken Baby Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Developmental Delay, and also has a VP Shunt installed in her brain.
