TRAFFIC FINES!!!

To start off I would like to say that I'm not the kind of person who has an easy time asking for financial help. I do have a job doing carpentry & was working steadily until I fell off a ladder a few weeks ago. I'm lucky to still be walking! That doesn't change the fact that I've only been able to pull in around $500 in the past 3 weeks. My boss doesn't have any kind of workmans comp & with my injuries all I can do is low impact work.
     While living in Hawaii I bought a car through a third party. The person who I thought I could trust pocketed the money. I got the car but never recieved the title. Therefore I could not get the "safety" registration or valid plates for the vehicle. I needed transportation to get to work so, AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT! I continued driving the car & leaving it parked on the street. Within a month I had recieved NUMEROUS tickets! Maui is kinda like a small town & it's not hard for the cops to get to know your vehicle. I ended up moving back to Colorado without ever paying off my traffic fines. To this day the state of Hawaii has a hold on my drivers license & will not release it until I pay them $4,636.00. 
     It's kinda hard to make money when you can't drive! Thankfully for now I'm living with my mother in a small town & my boss picks me up for work. However, soon we will be moving to Seattle & I need to be able to drive without breaking the law!!!
