Wed my terminally ill partner

On 1st April 2014 my partner Clifford was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Since then he has recieved Chemotherapy and went into remission.  However, the disease has come back and the Dr's have said he is now terminal. His condition suggests he may pass away in a matter of weeks. We have been together for 18 beautiful and happy years and Cliff has asked me to marry him in May 2015 before he becomes too ill. We want to make this a really special day for him but we need your help.
