Holiday Gifts for Cancer Patients!

Woohoo, welcome to the 4th Annual Holiday Toy Drive for children with cancer and other life threatneing illnesses! 

The Karafin Cancer Foundation d.b.a Checkmate, Cancer! & Friends are inviting you to spread the holiday warmth by donating a toy or gift to a sick child. 

Over the last three years, we collectively raised over $7,000 and collected HUNDREDS of toys, kindles, and other gifts which we then distributed to the children spending in holidays at the hospital.

This year, as always, we set the bar higher. We are planning on donating to TWO hospitals - which means we need A LOT more toys! Together we can brighten up the holidays of more patients and their families!

We collect toys from all the boroughs in New York on set dates (tbd) . If you are interested in purchasing a toy and having it picked up or would like to send it to our address, please email [email redacted]. If you are unable to buy a toy, please donate to this great project and our team will buy a toy for a child on your behalf. If you would like to request a specific toy please do so in the comment box with your donation. In addition, if you would like to write a message to one of the patients please do so in the comment box (or message us) & we will include a hand written card on your behalf.

It costs very little to make the holidays happier and brighter for these kids. Please contribute today =)

Please be concious that the following toys are not permitted for patients:
-toy weapons
-religious toys
-stuffed animals
-clothing (unless packaged, ie. socks)
