Touching Tiny Lives Support

My name is Daniel Tweed-Kent and I currently work at LinkedIn. I've worked in high school to support this foundation and thought this holiday season I'd start a campaign to continue that support to a foundation that is doing incredible and life-changing work in Lesotho.  

Lesotho is a tiny landlocked country in the middle of South Africa which has the second highest prevalence of HIV/AIDS rate in the world. Lesotho (li-soo-too) is called the Kingdom in the Sky for its beautiful and mountainous country.

Due to the remote nature of the rural villages in Lesotho, many people still don’t have access to widely available life-saving medication; only a quarter of children in need are receiving it.

Touching Tiny Lives is a refuge for children who have been orphaned due to AIDS or are HIV positive themselves, and whose parents could not provide subsistence support.  In addition, once children are re-integrated into the community with grandparents or relatives, TTL continues to check-up on them to make sure they are receiving adequate nourishment and support. The TTL safe home is crucial in securing and fostering the future these children.
