Top Surgery for Noodle

Hey guys, I've been wanting top surgery for... Well...Ever since my first puberty. I dream of the day I don't feel dysphoric in a t-shirt and the day I can get rid of the top completely! I currently have started wearing a chest binder that is extremely uncomfortable and unsafe for my body. Chest binding causes extreme pain in my shoulders, breathing issues, and not to mention it's unbearably hot in this summer weather. I really hope by next summer to have made it through a lot of the healing process and actually fully enjoy doing normal things like going to the beach. It would mean everything to me if you guys can help out in anyway possible. Cosmetic surgery isn't something that insurance covers even under these circumstances. 

If there happens to be any remaining funds after all the medical bills I will donate the difference to the Human Rights Campaign which is a the largest LGBT civil rights advocacy group in the USA.
