TOP SURGERY!!! Almost here!!!

After much encouragement I’ve decided to ask for some help. My name is Jetta’Mae and many of you know I went threw me sexual reassignment surgery 3yrs ago, And now it’s finally time for my top surgery and it’s almost HERE!!!! On Sept 20th I will be going in to have my breast augmentation to help complete my transition into the woman I was always ment to be. I have gotten some help from my insurance and with every paycheck I make a payment towards my upcoming surgery. I have just $1100.00 left to go and I need to have it paid off before Sept 7th in order for me to have my procedure. My dear friends have encouraged me to try this so i am. All I am asking for is $500 this will help me get over the last little hump and lessen the stress. I am the type of person the gives of herself whenever I can and I “pay it forward” when ever possible and have every intention of doing so.
