The unthinkable tragic death of my brother Dennis “Todd” Rogers happened on March 7, 2017. My brother was killed by the hands of the LAPD officers that acted as if they were not trained on how to handle a person that had a mental health condition.  As you can see in the video, people were saying he was off his medicine and was having an episode but the LAPD didn’t listen and because they “said” he took hair clippers out of his book bag and swung them around in the air, this gave them the reason to violently pump 3 bullets into his body killing him instantly.

We were not contacted about his death until March 13, 2017 at 11:30pm…my brother had been dead laying unclaimed for almost a week, laying unclaimed as if he didn’t have a family, as if he didn’t have a mother, as if he didn’t have 3 beautiful kids wondering where their father was.

Now we are left with the task of burying him as soon as possible and because of his sudden untimely death, we are in need of help to cover the cost of burying our brother, burying a son, and burying a father. Any amount you give would be a blessing to help us cover this cost and if you can’t afford to give, please pray that God put it on someone else’s heart that can afford to give.
