The plan is once we have the go ahead and revenue we intend on having the store fumigated and re-stored, with hope of having a designer in to re-shape the store.
We don’t want to be stocking any animals, so the shop would become a pet shop in terms of selling accessories, food, treatments, education etc. We also plan on utilising 2 floors initially; this would include an animal photography section which offers the public a professional photo shoot along with a dog grooming section.
Due to the attention that the video has we would also be looking at recruiting volunteers to assist with the start up with the long term plan being us getting in touch with local schools/colleges that offer animal care as a course to see if we could get something set up allowing students to come in an assist with the day to day running of the store. This would allow the students to not only gain experience of working life but also educate the public and go towards their course.
End goal - open sanctuary that houses a range of different animals, that allows the public in to visit and foster animals to help with the running costs, create a charity organisation that makes a change.
