To help Jax with medical bills and his meds

Need help with Jax and his medical bills and meds with no insurance he can't afford the meds to help with his heart. Any help would be gteat. If anyone don't know Jax has been in and out of hospital for his heart this last time he has been told he has a damaged heart muscle and one artie feeding his heart so we are trying to get meds to help him out.
