The Gam-Gam fund

Gamora is my beautiful 11 month old bearnese/Pyrenees/ridgeback. Everyone that meets her falls in love with her immediately while it takes a little longer for her to warm up :) but when she does she is the sweetest little girl. And so smart and caring an energetic.
Unfortunatly Gamora had a bad set back in life. She got hold of some Tylenol pills while I was at work. I noticed immediately something was wrong when I opened the door. She usually gives that most adorable welcome home greeting of running around all happy whining. But this night she slowly got up from where she was and walked over to me very sheepishly. But still happy to see me. Head in lap and tail wagging but something was so wrong. That's when I saw the pill bottle. And then her eyes. Swollen to the size of golf balls swollen shut. And when she did manage to open they were white. Through the help of the most amazing friends I got the number of a near by 24 HR vet and was able to have someone come rush us in and spend the hours of 1-5am with me and Gamora.
Through the help of animal poison control, blood work and all they were able to determine that gamoras liver and kidneys fortunately didn't take a hit that was worried about. The biggest concern however being the paleness in gums and eyes. Resulting in lose of oxygen. The wonderful
wonderful people at the emergency vet took her into an oxygen chamber and hooked her up to IVs and other medicine to flush system. After three hours I was able to go back and see her. Was able to put my hand inside the chamber and talk with her and she immediately knew. Even with her eyes swollen shut she showed what an amazing and strong girl she is. Tail started wagging and brushed her face into my hand and then started giving me her so very wonderful smile. She was slowly starting to show signs of improvement with the oxygen chamber.
It is now four hours later since I left her in the amazing care of the vets. I am waiting to hear what happens going forth.
With that being said I NEVER dreamed that I would ever think about doing a gofundme. However every knows how expensive animal care is. But you don't really realize how bad until something like this happens. And you would do anything to help your fur baby. So blessed with all the prayers and support everyone has given already and this seems so weird to ask. But the journey isn't over yet and it's too soon to tell how long she will be in there. So this is a fund for Gamora. So I can make sure I can get her the best treatment possible so she can come home as soon as possible. Any tiny bit could help. And thank you and bless you all. Please keep Gamora in your prayers
