Mental health

It sounds silly and not something I would normally do however I have suffered mental health for many years. Last year I had a suicide attempt in which I have recieved help and therapy for.
Taking time out of work has allowed me to see things differently and decide what I want from life. This is where Readysteadybreathe comes into it. I have came up with an idea of starting a social enterprise to help others with mental health. The enterprise will be subscription boxes for people with mental health. It will have a pay it forward option for people to buy a box to be donated on to someone who needs it. I will be holding art classes with people who have mh as a therapy for them. As myself I know arts helped me. In this class one item that will be put in the box will be hand made. This not only helps the person who suffers mh making it but gives the person recieving it a sense of someone cares. I have taken my idea to first port and business gateway and been advised to start a trial of this before funding can be made. Which brings me to the power of the net. Any donations to get my enterprise started would be much appreciated. I know this will work and help so many others lile myself with mental health.
