Tiny Home Community Co-Op

My name is Joe. I'm a licensed electrician with experience in Photovoltaics (solar) here in Denver, Colorado. For the last few years I've dreamed about finding my tribe. After spending 7 years in the Emerald City (Seattle) and suffering hypothermia from the Seattle Freeze (it's a real thing!), I relocated to the Mile High City to be ever closer to the sun and to find my tribe!

Here I've stumbled upon a truly amazing group of people dead set on changing the world! It's hard, but we're working on it!

Myself and this fantastic group of tenacious men, women and kids are working to establish a template community for #tinyhome dwellers all across the country! This pilot community will become the gold standard for all tiny home communities. It will provide a safe place for individuals and families to park and live their tiny lives as they see fit! 

Economical benefits will be across the board from decreased living expenses for those making the switch, which will then increase tax revenues, social spending and an overall robust local economy!

We have a financial backer ready for real estate development and will be meeting with local jurisdictions in the coming weeks. 

What I need is some start up funding that will afford me the opportunity to be a driving force behind the group of people I've partnered with and make the home stretch a sure win!
