I want to make housing more affordable for young people struggling to own their own home.
The plan is to custom manufacture 'Luxury Minimal Homes' that anyone would be happy owning and living in.
Before explaining the exciting details that sets us apart. I want to tell you what you get for supporting our early development.
Owning land is the key to prosperity and that's what you get when you support us. You'll own a little piece of land.
As a collective part of the crowd your contribution gets you a proportionate part of any land we purchase to build our
early Minimal Homes on.
Below is a typical lot/site we will purchase with your support:
The site is in Bielsko Biala, Poland.
The total listed price is 80,000zł (£17,000).
You would remain a part owner in the land until it is sold at which time you would receive your proportionate cut of the proceeds based on your percentage contribution. ( We can't make any predictions or assumptions as to what that may be).

Once built you will be given a number of days a years based on your contribution when you can go stay in your luxury minimal home and see for yourself how it feels. If you choose not to take advantage of your days we'll be happy to offer it for rent and send you your share of any revenues.

I live here :) I moved to Poland with my wife and 2 children 12 years ago from Canada. I plan to expand the Minimal Home project to other parts of Europe, Canada, the USA and the UK as I have a son in Vancouver BC a son and 2 daughters in Los Angeles USA and a son in the UK. Yes I'm a BIG family man.
I've spent my life building businesses and selling them. You can read 'my story' and see more details about the project on my personal website. In short I started my life as a 'creative' at McCann Erickson
I soon discovered it was easier to build my own companies than help other people build theirs and never looked back.
I created the largest sports collectibles company in north America, 2 online pharmacy companies, one of the first 'successful' online jewelry companies to name a few; and I'm now focusing on helping provide a viable solution to affordable, sustainable housing in a fast changing space.
Poland also presents a great opportunity in terms of reducing the cost of building our test market.
Labour costs are relatively low in Poland and with direct access to the whole of Europe it will reduce our logistics costs greatly which I will discuss in more detail later.
Your home represents approximately 60% of your household expenditure. Should you lose your job or have a serious health problem. You only have 90 days before life starts to look very different.
For most people who carry any kind of debt it is highly likely that living on the street could be the only option available to them.
Option2 will not only offer the opportunity to prepare for the worst case scenario but will also offer a realistic alternative to working the 9 to 5 grind, just to pay the bills or simply to have a break from the machine.

THE TARGET AMOUNT
I have set the amount to a number that will allow us to build the first Minimal Home showhouse.
The land cost will be as shown above in the region of £17,000 to £30,000 and the building cost are estimated in the region of £50,000 as it will be built on site as a steel frame structure.
This amount will also include the site renovations and finishing including. A fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, fold-away double bed and a lot more details.
We will take offers on the property from day one and of course sell it if the offer is right and use the fund as leverage to build addition properties.
We will also be offering it for rent and again any funds produced will be applied directly to further development.
