Medical Care for Tinkerbell

Tink's approaching her 3rd birthday 4/24/17.
Unfortunately I noticed she lost her appetite a few weeks ago. She would occasionally vomit white foam, initially I thought it was a hairball.
I threw out her food and bought new liter to see if it was making her sick.
On 4/19/2017 I was leaving for class and she followed me to the door. Suddenly she started gagging and vomited on the carpet. Her appetite and bathroom use never improved.
I made an appointment for her to see a vet on Thursday at 1pm.
I was so worried if I waited any longer something would happen to her. I drove her to an emergency clinic in Malvern PA that night.
The written response from the vet said "Tinkerbell was bright and alert. Her abdomen was painful and her stomach distended. Her colon felt empty on palpation. She was dehydrated. Tinkerbells bloodwork showed evidence of dehydration only. We discussed doing x-rays or an ultrasound due to concern for a possible foreign body obstruction."
The visit alone was $290. To follow up with an ultrasound will be $400. If surgery is needed (which I pray it's not) it could cost thousands. I explained to the Dr. that I'm a student, work full time, and I live alone.
I rescued Tink July 1, 2014, she grew into a charismatic overly affectionate ball of fur that's never left my side. She's moved 4 times with me, making each apartment feel homey and less lonely. I've traveled across the country with her over a dozen times, she loved getting attention from everyone at the airport.
When I wake up in the morning I know she’s at my feet or curled up next to my head. I've been sick lying in bed for days and not once did she leave.
Not everyone understands how a person can love a pet so intensely but pets become family.
Tink is my family, my lovable companion, and gives me so much happiness.
I will do whatever it takes to make her healthy again.
4/20/17: I've went to 2 different hospitals. They did bloodwork, physcial exams, and 1 ultrasound. I stayed optimistic and hoped it was only constipation. Today the ultrasound showed a mass on her stomach. The mass is either cancerous or a severe case of pancreatitis.
The next two days she'll be on medication and if symptoms don't improve I'll have to look into an alternative treatment.
Tinkerbell deserves to be healthy again. Please help me make that possible.
