In Memory of Timm Keleher

In memory of Timm Keleher, we are raising funds to participate in the “Brick and Paver” program through the U.S. Tennis Association, which would enable us to put a bronze paver, engraved with “In Honor of Timm Keleher” at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York. That’s the site of the U.S. Open, and Timm was a HUGE tennis fan. I think he would be really happy to know he was connected to one of the Grand Slam tournaments in some way, and the picture above is of Timm standing almost exactly where the paver would get installed. Our goal is to raise $1,400 in individual contributions.  Blue Man Productions will provide a matching contribution up to $1,400, which would enable us to purchase the bronze paver and get it installed in time for the U.S. Open this fall.  Our fundraising deadline is July 15, 2016.  The proceeds benefit the USTA Foundation, and it is applied directly to programs that serve under-resourced youth and individuals with disabilities to give them the opportunities they need to succeed in school, on the court, and in life.  A special thanks to Debra Rafson for suggesting this memorial with the USTA and helping with coordination.
