Let me introduce you to Tim. Yes he wears crocs and shorts in all weather conditions but despite this, Tim is a great guy, one of the best in fact. 

Tim has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition and has a passion for helping people to achieve their goals with, crucially, the right advice, support and encouragement.

Tim has been training a group of women from all walks of life and fitness levels enabling them to do so much more with their lives and become stonger, fitter and happier. 

He wants to create a movement removing the stigma of weight training and highlighting the benefits of hard work, structured programmes and balanced nutrition. 

We have been training with Tim for the last twelve months and have seen not only huge physical improvements but also mental ones too. Being educated by Tim on what we should and shouldn't be doing in our lives to enable us all to improve and reach our goals. 

Tim has created a fitness community, a tribe, a squad. His dedication and respect for us all individually makes us all the more determined to help him grow and progress in his quest to change the world - one woman at a time. 

We want to raise some money for Tim to allow him continue to provide amazing guidance and advice for many more women. Donations will go towards the best equipment, training venues and anything else he needs to create his army of strong, powerful women.
