On Wednesday morning, January 9th, 2019 our hearts were broken when we learned that Matt Tidwell was murdered near Fresno, California.
While we are awaiting more details surrounding the circumstances of his death we are committing to rally around Kristina and their four boys. The Bible tells us in James 1:27 that, "true and undefiled religion before God is to visit orphans and widows in their trouble."
This moment in the lives of the Tidewell Family is the exact time where we are called to lean in to support them with all that we can muster. As a community of believers, family, and friends we are seeking your assistance to stand with Kristina and the boys in the grief of this unimaginable time.
They need immediate and long-term prayer and counsel, as well as emergent financial assistance to bring Matt's body home and provide for his services and the difficult journey ahead without him. As most of you know Kristina, Karter (16), Jamieson (14), Reid (12) and Kennan (10) have been through so much in the last few years and our support now could not be any more pivotal in aiding them in the aftermath and finality of this tragedy.
