Tiana Robinson Family Emergency Support
In the early morning hours of Christmas Day, December 25, 2017, Tiana’s fiancé, Eric Monroy, father of their 19 month old son, committed suicide at home. Needless to say Tiana is devastated by this overwhelming tragedy and loss.
Our names are Paul and Linda Daly, Tiana’s employer and owners of the Pelican Cafe in Stuart, FL. It is our wish to share Tiana’s story with you and ask for your help.
Tiana began working for us 4 years ago when she was just 19 years old. We know Tiana as one of the sweetest and nicest people you could ever hope to meet. She is extremely hard working and will graduate from Indian River State College in 2018 with goals to improve her life and that of her family.
Tiana survived her teenage years with hardships and adversity in the Foster Care system because her mother was addicted to drugs and her father, now deceased, was in prison. At this time, in addition to supporting herself and her young son, Tiana is also helping her brother, a senior in high school, that she rescued and removed from Foster Care. They were all living in the same rental home when Eric killed himself.
With the loss of Eric’s income and no life insurance, Tiana, her baby and brother won’t be able to afford the rental house they have been living in.
We are setting up this GoFundMe page to help Tiana with funeral expenses, moving expenses and child care expenses while working full time and going to school. Tiana hopes to help her brother with his college tuition and to set up a college fund for her young son too.
