The Three Amigos were more than likely dumped by a breeder in Laurel Canyon just before July 4th. The Laurel Canyon Safe Paws Program worked with residents to keep them safe while networking locally for their humans. No luck. The Three Amigos were taken to the West LA Shelter for a stray hold. No one claimed them. So, Safe Paws pulled the dogs (Safe Paws will never leave behind any animal taken to a shelter on a stray hold ) after they were spayed and neutered.
Audrey, Hank & Waylon are a bonded pack of fun-loving awesomeness. They are available for adoption TOGETHER, While the search for their forever home continues, a few medical issues are being addressed, namely Audrey's teeth. This sweet gal was used to breed, over and over again. Even at her advanced age (7, possibly older) this gal was churning out pups. When found she had clearly just had pups. Not surprisingly, the breeder was not looking out for Audrey's health. Her teeth are in such bad shape that her lymphs are enlarged from the ongoing dental infections. Audrey will undergo some much needed extractions.
