Three girls take on Rough Runner

Hi Everyone,
We are Ally, Emma & Demi and in two weeks time we will be completing the Rough Runner 10k challenge in Edinburgh. For this we have to over come obstacles individually and as a team, you might have seen similar obstacles on Total Wipeout and Gladiator. This is the first year we will be involved in this event and we are wanting to make sure it is one to remember.
As it will be challenging we want to raise money for a Scottish Charity that is close to our hearts SAMH which is the Scottish Association for Metal Health. We have chosen this charity as it is a charity that is dedicated to ensuring there is support and a safe place for people with mental health issues to talk about and help them through the difficult times in their lives. Mental health is something that most people deal with during their life at some point either with themselves, their loved ones or someone they know.
We have attached a video for everyone to see what we will be doing on Sunday the 19th of August in Edinburgh.
