Thom Korves Memorial Fund

Thom Korves of Elk Grove was suddenly taken away from his family and friends on Thursday, March 29th in a tragic snowmobile accident.  It was supposed to be a day of fun and friendship, that has left behind his wife Vickie Larrabee Korves, son Zac (12), adult daughter Stephanie, as well as a multitude of friends and people he's helped over the years.  Thom loved to fish, and continued to do that with Stephanie, and enjoyed boating with Zac, and the two just loved talking and being together...

We wanted to help ease the financial burden that Vickie is left to face, after losing a devoted husband and father so suddenly.  This memorial fund will help her pay for final expenses for Thom, and perhaps establish a small savings account for Zac's future.  Any donation, no matter how small is greatly appreciated.  

And in case some of you don't recognize my name, I'm Vickie's college roommate from Sac State, many years ago.  I was there when Vickie and Thom were married and Vickie and I have remained close friends thru the years.   Obviously this sad news has touched us all.  Vickie will be in full charge of the final expenses and their disbursement.
