On the 18th of November 2016 I will be participating in Commando Tough , a 24 hour military inspired physical and mental endurance event run by ex- Special Forces soldiers in Sydney.
I'm doing this to raise funds for The Younger Heroes, an organisation which supports the children and families of defence force personnel who suffer from mental health issues as a result of their service to our country. Please follow this link www.theyoungerheroes.com.au to find out more.
