We are currently fundraising for start up costs for our Non-profit women's volunteer organization, The Sisterhood LA, as well as other charities.
Our Mission: The Sisterhood LA is a Non-profit group of volunteers centered on bringing young professional women together to serve a variety of charitable causes on a weekly basis. We provide volunteers and fundraise for local charities and pre-existing non-profits to empower women and better our community.
We actively volunteer with charities such as Share A Meal, Heal the Bay, Volunteer Action for Aging, Culver City Senior Center, Santa Monica Convalescent Center, Elizabeth House, Women's Cancer Center of California, UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital and The Amanda Foundation to name a few. If your organization is interested in having our group donate our time or talent, please contact us via our website!
Our Goals:
1. Volunteer together as a group with a local charity every week.
2. Fundraise for our organization as well as other charities we work with.
3. Recruit women to join our group + volunteer with us.
4. Organize social events for networking/comradery while maintaining our mission.
5. Make LA beautiful + be great role models for other women.
