Friends in Need - Let’s Work Together to Help
We have discovered in recent days that there are at least three former Thermomix Consultants (Ambassadors) who have lost their homes and there may be more. One is on Kangaroo Island and the others are in NSW, one of which is expecting their third child in 5 weeks time. Thankfully all are safe, but we need to help them.
This page has been set up to raise funds that will go directly towards supporting these impacted families. Thermomix will kick things off with a donation of $10,000 and we encourage our over 2,000 Consultants, Team Leaders and in-house team members around Australia and New Zealand to lend their support. If everyone was to donate $10, that would raise another $20,000. Thermomix will then double your contributions up to $20,000 – so that could take it to a total of $50,000!
100% of funds raised will be allocated to assist any Consultants or former Consultants that are known to have lost their homes or to the Red Cross or Salvation Army. We will keep the Go Fund Me page open until the end of January and then allocate the funds. If you can, please donate $10 to help these devastated members of our Thermomix family.
On the 3rd January, we also announced that if customers have lost their homes and their Thermomix in the recent fires we will provide them with a replacement Thermomix. This offer remains open and we're sure there will be more people who will contact us in the days to come. In addition, $20 from the sale of every Thermomix in Australia and New Zealand during January will be donated towards either the Red Cross or Salvation Army.
