Help Us Pursue Our Dream

Hello, we are "The Millennials," a podcasting conglomerate made up of two people, Geoffrey Ortiz and Chase Woodfin. We have been friends since our freshman year in highschool and since then we have graduated, have full time jobs as well as trying to pursue a higher education

We have had a dream of being in Radio/Podcasting for a several years. As of now our lives are on a stand still, we aren't quite sure of the direction that we are heading. I (Geoffrey) am about to get my associates degree while currently working full time and I (Chase) am working full time as well.

Our podcast conglemerate, "The Millennials," will consist of two main podcasts and additional "seasonal" podcasts. Our first podcast titled, "Something New" will be a "news" type podcast which will be 2 current news stories that pertains to three topics, those topics being, technology, entertainment, and politics, so there will be a total of 6 news stories. 
The second podcast will be titled, "Why Should I?" which will be a podcast in which we attempt to persuade each other on why they should practice, enjoy, or respect a certain topic. 
Our seasonal podcasts would include sports and things of that nature. A Fantasy Football podcast titled, "The Extra Point" would be something I (Chase) would like to cover. 

The money that will come from this fund raiser will be used to purchase podcasting equipment (mics, mixers, a website, etc.) and things of that nature.
We would like to start podcasting in the first quarter of next year and we would like to have a little time to get familiar and comfortable with the equipment.

We feel we have a lot to contribute to the podcasting community and we feel that people would want to listen. This would mean the abslute world to us and you would be helping us to pursue a dream we have had for years.
