The Hood Dance Academy Las Vegas

The Hood Dance Academy is a group of local dancers lead by Jason, a young, up and coming dance instructer.

This year a group of 21 of our students represented Morayfield and Caboolture at the National Hip Hop Competition which was held in Sydney on the 2nd and 3rd of April.  The top three crews from each division (juniors, varsity, adults and mega crews) then go on and compete on the world stage which is being held in Las Vegas in August. Our students placed 2nd in the mega crew division and 3rd in the varsity division.  We now have the opportunity to be part of Team Australia and compete for the world titles in Las Vegas.

For many of our dancers, this opportunity is a dream come true.  However, as you can imagine there are large expenses involved getting 21 students to Las Vegas. 

 Our students would love to be a part of Team Australia but they are in need of sponsorship to get to Las Vegas. We are looking for any local businesses who may be interested in supporting our students.
