Valerie (Wild) DiMundo's Final Fight

Valerie (Wild) Di Mundo is a person who comes around once in a million years.  She inspires, motivates and loves harder than most.  She is an incredible wife, mother and friend.  She has made a tremendous impact on the lives of so many during her young life.  We write with heavy hearts, that sadly, Val is losing her battle with cancer.  This leaves her husband Adam, and three young children, 6, 4 and 2, in a most difficult situation.  Let us come together and help Adam and their beautiful children. If you know Val, you know that along with her love of Hawkeyes and The Dodgers, Trader Joe's means a great deal to her.  After all, it is where she met her husband.  Adam was working towards making Trader Joe's management his career while Val was beginning to make a career teaching yoga.  Do to an unfortunate accident Adam and Val ended up having to switch things up.  Val began a career as a manager for Trader Joe's and Adam took on the immeasurable role of super dad, staying home with the kids.  They both flourished in these roles.  Val was well on her way to becoming what we call in the Trader Joe's world, a "Captain" of her own store.  Unfortunately, during this journey and at the end of her pregnancy with their third child, Val received news that NO ONE wants or is ready to hear,  Metastatic Cervical Cancer.  Val remained positive and strong staying true to her courageous self while she endured each new treatment, including; chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, cyberknife and a clinical trial.  Fast forward to two years later and their family is now in the final stages; Val has received an estimated timeline.  Their burden will be heavy, let us try and help where we can.   Any and all generosity IS and WILL be greatly appreciated.  Please know that any funds received will be put towards all of their family's needs.
