Houston Reggae Festival

Hello my name is Chance Nobra and I'm trying to start an annual reggae festival in Houston! My passion for reggae was born when I started attending local concerts and discovered that the positive message helped me get over my depression. During my freshman year of highschool I was bullied pretty bad causing me to develop a severe social anxiety on top of the depression I was already suffering from. After attending my first 311 concert I was introduced to the 311 Familia and for the first time I was embraced by group of people. This allowed me to escpae the troubles of highschool and gave me a tool to fight my mental illness. Now I'm hoping to help other be inspired & embraced like I was by starting a reggae festival in Houston!
