Florida Young Naturists 2019 Fundraiser
The Florida Young Naturists (FYN) was created on Feb. 14, 2009. This February, we will mark 10 years as an organization! www.theFYN.com
Last year FYN held our 10th Annual Spring and End of Summer Bashes, held each April and August since 2009. We also held our 2nd Annual Fall Gathering and 8th Annual Winter Gathering.
Our goal is to raise $2019 in the month of January. These funds will be used:
1. To greatly improve the organization and quality of the membership process and experience:
This will mean quick turnaround time for member card mailouts and new, better than ever durable plastic cards, personalized for each individual member. We would like to offer this while still keeping our member dues as low and affordable as always. Our dues currently increase by only $1 each year. Membership info here: FYN Membership
FYN would like to purchase the Evolis Badgy 100 Plastic ID Card Printer in January to make this possible, along with 500 blank plastic member cards and several color ink spools. (Estimated cost: $700)
2. To create FYN branded literature and merchandise for giveaway / fundraising:
FYN has secured a table aboard the Bare Necessities Big Nude Boat, Jan. 25 - Feb 1, 2019. We need to purchase a table banner, literature about our organization and giveaway merchandise (such as temporary tattoos or stickers) to promote FYN to the over 3,000 people who will be on board. (Estimated cost: $500)
Any leftover promotional materials will be available for donation / giveaway at the 11th Annual FYN Naked Spring Bash, being held April 11-14, 2019. Those who donate here will receive a special gift that can be picked up at the Spring Bash or mailed out to those who cannot attend. If there are extra funds we will purchase towels, sarongs and other FYN branded items which will be available to event attendees by donation.
3. Miscellaneous event costs:
New signage to mark off FYN wristband only event camping areas and much needed supplies such as lighting, extension cords, games and activities for the Kid's Area, body paints for event attendees and fuel for our amazing fire performers etc. (Estimated cost: $800)
