The World As I Am Volunteer Project

The World As I Am volunteer weekends support a multitude of non-profit organisations and National parks within the SE Queensland region.

Every month we offer our support by restoring degraded eco systems. These events consist on average of 30 volunteers.

Currently we have over 10 sites ranging from World heritage parks, Conservation parks, indigenous protected areas and other sites of significance.

We request funding to supply tools, materials and catering for the volunteers to support on ground works.

We are hoping to have funding for our November volunteer weekend, which is on the 25/11/17  but we do have an event coming up on the 28/10/17 which would benefit from any funding. 

Each event is not just focused on the rehabilitation of each habitat but the education of those who attend. We encourage people of all ages so we can pass on the tools for the next generation.
