"The Spielers" at Orlando Fringe

"The Spielers" is an irreverent, action packed take on the theme park guided tour attractions we wanted so desperately to work at and couldn't stand when we actually did. The show's been selected to be produced as part of the 2017 Orlando Fringe Festival and we need your help to get us there!
Who We Are:
My name is Bryan Jager, and I'm the creator of "The Spielers". Having spent much of the last three years in and around the Orlando theme park and theatre communities, I've had my fair share of spieling positions (and continue to to this day). There's this wonderful sense of comraderie amongst those who've had the chance to work some of the incredible attractions we get to lovingly skewer, and in putting this production together, I'm working with a number of past and present spielers to create the type of experience you only get from Orlando Fringe.
(Oh, and if you're looking for critical reviews of my work, an audience member once said I was a star, to which I replied: "I'm okay.")
Official Synopsis:
When the leader of an expedition goes missing inside an ancient temple, it's up to a motley crew of tour guides to find him and save the world. Simply put, "The Spielers" is the early 2000s movie adaptation of some certain guided tour theme park rides we never asked for, complete with bad puns, gender neutral names, and a roster of modestly impressive special effects... When they work.
What the funds will go towards:
The $10,000 we've requested will be going towards the final production budget which includes travel and lodging expenses for our New York cast and crew, production values (sets, costumes, lights, puppets, special effects), an original score, and original animation sequences designed by local Orlando artists. Anything past that will be given to the cast/ crew so they can afford to eat slightly better brand of cat food. Thanks in advance, Fancy Feast!

A playbill signed by the cast and crew of "The Spielers". While none of us are truly famous (yet) you never know when we could become the next YouTube melt down. Say you knew us when.

Four tickets to "The Spielers" at the Orlando Fringe Festival, and a cast/ crew signed poster. It'll look really pretty, I promise.

You'll be fit in a custom-made DavidforDisney design, have your hair and makeup professionally styled, and then have a photo shoot of you in your "enchanted" new look! Most every princess imagineable is within David's stockpile, though if you have any questions about a specific princess, message us and we'll get back to you right away!

$250 and up- "Magical Journey Into the Movies"
Movie night on us! You and up to four people will join some of the cast/ team for a night out at and Orlando based movie theatre for a movie of your choice. We'll provide the tickets, the popcorn, and (at your choice) stimulating commentary on the film that definitely won't annoy you in the slightest.
$500 and up- "The Backside of Water" The cast/ team will take you and up to 7 friends out to a very nice evening at an Orlando based restaurant/ bar of your choice, and continually bow to you, our supreme gods of money and deliverance.
