The Smith family need help

$520 of $5,000 goal

The smith's are the first to lend a hand to anyone in need, they have put up families in need of emergency accommodation many times and now they need our help!
A few days before Easter 2017 Bradley Smith was involved in a motorbike accident which has left him with a broken foot and now not being able to work (he is a truck driver).
Then more tragedy struck exactly 2 weeks later Bradley's partner Cristy was struck down on her motorbike on her way home from her nursing course, with much more extensive injuries needing urgent surgery.
(in hospital as I type)
Brad and Cristy have 3 young children to care for, one of which is special needs.
As you can imagine both parents being injured is going to take its toll on this little family.
They will both be recovering for many months to come.
They will need help with cleaning, shopping, cooking and caring for the kids.
The money raised will go towards hiring people to help with these things and any unexpected expenses that might affect the family during this difficult time.
Please donate to this family in need!

Update,

Cristy goes in for more surgery today on her mangled leg, sadly doctors informed Cristy yesterday that she may never walk properly again. As u can imagine this would be heartbreaking to hear for the young mother of 3.
The children are currently being taken care of by a close family friend and are coping well despite being away from their mum and dad.
Please keep this little family in your prayers.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Perhaps, too, Centrelink may provide you with an unemployed person to help out?

Not much but hopefully it can help in some way! X

We know what it's like first hand to have one parent out of action but two is even harder. We hope this helps ease the burden slightly. Thinking of you all at this time and hope for a quick recovery.
