The PASS Project

Donation protected
I initially started The PASS Project in order to provide new and used soccer equipment—along with personal hygiene items—to underprivileged youth within my deployed region (Southwest Asia).
The PASS Project translates to: POSITIVITY – Use soccer as a vehicle for positive change. AMBASSADORS – Be ambassadors of the sport. Show the world why soccer is known as “the beautiful game.” SHARING – When sharing the game, along with our resources, we’re able to create life changing opportunities that would never occur otherwise. SUPPORT – Provide overall support to underprivileged local nationals of all ages. This means offering more than just “free stuff.” Let’s make people feel important regardless of economic standing, religious belief, etc.
Providing locals with these items will improve quality of life, help build community relations, and foster open-minded and inclusive attitudes for service members and locals alike.

In addition to collecting these items, I’ve also taken on the task of renovating a futsal court at a local elementary school.
The “court” in its current state is an empty concrete pad at the school. It currently goes unused and is mostly covered in debris. The end goal is to clean and paint the court, install permanent goals with nets, and install a backstop net to help prevent balls from making their way onto the roof of the school.
